| Got sold on a different product as i was looking for diamonds.product was brand new and untouched, i opened it 15min after leaving the place (no i did not leave it on anything heated) and it looked like this. I asked for a replacement because it doesn't look at all like the pictures i got shown and was told "well those are stock photos, it's normal that the product doesn't look exactly like it". I asked for them to just replace for the same item and see if they are all the same. The offer i got was to buy a new one at discount and that was it. No exchange or replacement. (I also offered to pay extra if it's just better to take any other product and leave them with this one that is in my opinion definitely faulty) Btw tokyo smoke had no issues at all replacing a faulty gram of shatter that i got from them that was all melted at the bottom of the bag. 1/5stars for the client's experience. I have been buying from here since 2023 and will definetly not anymore. | ||
