| And had very rude disgusting service from the very bigger gentleman that works there Angry with me and call me nasty profanity names Which I do have recorded with proof That I will be taking to the newspaper This place will not be getting my business and I think that anybody else who values customer service should show them by not giving them their business either All it shows people is that it's okay to be rude and ignorant to your customers and that they will still make money obviously the owners need to do an overall check of their employees and see why they don't care that their company will be losing customers over this Instead of just being a positive person if I didn't have my ID that is fine I would have went and got it you didn't have to be ignorant or rude to me when I told you that I did not have it And asked if you could take another form of ID like over my phone or just look at me by face and see that I am over 25 which is what the rules are if you look under 25 I am almost 40 years old And I have shopped at this shop without being ID countless times my name and information is in the system and I will be making a complaint To the alcohol Tobacco and drug enforcement So hopefully other people that have the same treatment of sometimes getting ID and sometimes not getting ID we'll have this place getting shut down as soon as possible And maybe the people who work there can go get a course on customer service | ||

| If I could give this disgusting store a star I would!!! Worst and dumbest customer service workers no wonder they need glass to keep them safe. Have been to the store 10 or more times with my husband who usually waits outside with my daughter (I'm 35 for reference and he's 36) I'm from ontatio so impossible to get my ID replaced quick SAME person served me over 6 different times without I'd and then one day asked for it . I explained it was stolen but understood his rules I THEN SENT MY 36 YEAR OLD HUSBAND DOWN TO GET IT FOR ME AND HE STILL REFUSED AS I WAS APPARENYLY UNDERAGE. I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH THE LAW SINCE THEY CAN PICK AND CHOOSE WHEN TO ID ! | ||
