I had such a great experience thanks to Jayrell (I believe that was his name!) on January 17. He had the most radiant, welcoming smile and immediately made the experience feel comfortable and easy. The store itself was spotless and smelled so fresh , honestly one of the cleanest dispensaries I've been in. Jayrell was incredibly knowledgeable. I asked about three completely different products, and he knew exactly what I was talking about every time. He took the time to explain options clearly and even gave me personal recommendations, including a new five-time battery, which I really appreciated. This kind of service was genuinely refreshing. Every dispensary has its own setup and vibe, and I don't usually shop at Fire & Flower, but this visit pleasantly surprised me. Getting to interact with Jayrell made all the difference he truly elevated the experience.

I visited Canna Cabana on November 20th around 6:55 PM and had an amazing experience. Dready and (I believe) Antonio were the staff members who assisted me, and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Their willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for exceptional service—thank you for such a great experience!

I had a fantastic experience at the dispensary thanks to Lestat. He was incredibly patient and professional, taking the time to help me sort through all the options. His guidance was invaluable in making sure I had everything I needed for my Friday night sesh. Highly recommend asking for Lestat if you're looking for expert advice and great customer service!
