| TERRIBLE. Placed my order online, received a text confirmation stating my order was ready for pickup, just drove all the way to THIS location in a literal snowstorm to pick up my order, just for them to tell me they sold out of what I ordered. I ordered 14g flower. Since they sold out of that pack size, I asked them to just give me the same product in the pack size they have in stock currently (3.5g x 4 = 14g) & to honour the 14g price. They refused to honour the 14g price (which is what I ordered & was promised by text confirmation) & wanted me to pay approximately $15 more for THEIR MISTAKE… he tried pretending to do me a favour by offering me a "15 % discount" but then claimed he could not apply that to the online prices since there was already a 10% discount on all products on the website. What a waste of time and terrible customer service! Do not go here | ||
