I believe it was Rachel who we unfortunately encountered today her attitude was completely unacceptable. She made an inappropriate comment to my husband about my ID, despite the fact that we weren't even together she decided to assume we were and that he was buying for me.
I was at a machine looking at options while he went to the counter. She made large assumptions, including accusing my husband of potentially breaking the law by buying for someone underage (me)
We are both 35 years old, so the underage comment was not only humiliating but entirely out of place. It felt like a nasty power play and public shaming tactic.
When I made my selections and approached the counter, her massive attitude continued. Congratulations on permanently losing our business at this location. If someone hates their job so much they feel the need to take it out on customers, perhaps it's time to reflect on their career choices.
After showing my ID, she made another derogatory statement towards me since I am not originally from here. I didnt bother finishing my order order you don't deserve my business with this discrimination and attitude problem.
We promptly left the store. When I called shortly after to get the manager's information, the staff (who I believe was Rachel again) tried to deny me this information. I will be calling Monday to speak to a manager directly. If there is no resolution, we will be reaching out to the appropriate government channels about the discrimination ..
