| I had a terrible experience at this store. I arrived with plenty of time before their listed closing time, but to my surprise, the doors were locked, and the store was already closed. No sign or any heads-up that they'd be closing early. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had driven out of my way to get there. Customer service is key, and this just felt like a huge lack of professionalism. I won't be coming back, and I'd recommend checking the hours closely or calling ahead if you want to avoid wasting your time. Definitely not the level of service I was expecting from a place like this. Even the staff is very unprofessional directly dennying the customers as posted in the picture | ||
