| 1st off website said they were closed & they weren't when mentionned to the manager? He simply replied " oh well I wouldnt know anything about that", second of all I get shatter that was packaged in April of 2022, that was so hard to smoke I had to use my old reclaim just to get it to not drop everywhere. After 3 days of calling my fiance finally got through to the manager who was unwilling to make things right. Luckily I know a rep from that brand and was able to reach out and they made it right personally since the store was unwilling to even when they reached out to them as well. This company has a buy back program meaning if the product is going bad they will buy it back and send you new stuff so there is absolutely no reason for this!!! Thankful for the brand rep making things right since Cannabis plus wouldnt. | ||
