Dear Owner, I wanted to share some quick feedback after my visit today. Your staff are great—friendly, helpful, and professional—so this is absolutely not about them. However, the lack of a clear line system in your store creates confusion and frustration for customers. I was waiting behind someone at the counter today, and when they finished, I stepped up—only to have someone else claim others were ahead of me, even though those people were browsing nearby. To avoid this kind of chaos, I strongly suggest setting up a couple of clearly marked lines for checkout. It would make things smoother for everyone and prevent uncomfortable misunderstandings. There's a rude guy who works there with a shaved beard super short tempered and when you ask him a question or anything like that he instantly becomes rude. I used to come to this location often but now i'll try my best not to go there again. And Monday I'm going to call their head office and complain. Unprofessional and shouldn't be facing the public.
