Awesome stores especially Royal Oak Calgary. No words good prices. Only one problem I am facing is that I am unable to order curbside online. Tried many times and god frustrated. Please advise I meant online ordering is good but the problem is there is no curbside pickup or Apple Pay. Yesterday Tyler had my online order ready and he was very kind and understood my condition but genuinely can't do anything really as it's company policy. about company policy. I must congratulate about his honesty and I am making this store as my permanent place to shop cannabis.

I was a regular customer of this Cannabis store Cana Cabana Crowfoot Calgary. I am not that kinda person who has a habit of complaining all the time that's what I think. I genuinely don't recall in my memory that I have ever filed a written complaint which I am going to bring up to consumer board of Canada and the owners of this store. In the past I had few not so good experience regarding being overcharged and talked into buying stuff which I genuinely not planning to buy. Last week I was charged $185 for one ounce of flower and when I investigated the real price was much lower. Anyways I never made it a issue. Yesterday Brenden gave his time and helped me out. I must congratulate him. Today when I came to the store at around 0015 hours as a regular customer store policy is that you have to show hard copy of your drivers license no matter what if you're coming after hours .I respect this policy and everyone has to follow the procedure which is understandable. In the past sometimes I forget my hard copy in the car and employees would accept my iPhone copy when I rang the buzzer. Today when I was entering Cana cabana a kind lady customer ahead of me as a courtesy let me in. While I came in the door a staff member who I have the pleasure of dealing with him many times in the past and almost all staff members know me by face rudely told me to go out and wait for my turn. I said sorry but now I am in the store and today I forgot my hard copy of my drivers license b ..
