We called asking for a specific product, they said they had it in stock. We asked them to put it on hold for us and that we would be there within the hour. When we showed up we asked them if they had it. The man behind the counter said yes , then said no we don't have it in stock. Then proceeded to laugh about it. Extremely unprofessional. And very unfortunate because we wasted our time getting there for nothing.
