Stoped by tonight to grab some dabs for the weekend bout an hour before closing. Buddy behind the counter was pretty rude id say when I had some simple questions almost seemed annoyed. Ya I get it close to closing on a Friday night. Probably got a hot date but still gotta give good customer service. I was in Kensington last night and buddy at their spirit leaf was lively friendly and made me feel welcome. Unlike the dude i delt with tonight

Was helped by and awesome fella in a ballcap with glasses. He answered all my questions about ingredients and was soo friendly and helpful definitely a great experience and I got turned onto a few new products ill be trying more of in the future.

Policies
Cannabis product returns by customers for reasons other than recalls are at the discretion of the licensee. (Copied from AGLC).
If your store has a no return policy just say so. Dont lie to customers especially those that work in the industry. Yes the government sucks but they allow returns dont be saying you cant return product cause the government says no. I was disappointed in the service I left with a product I didnt want to simply end the interaction. This review is because you folks lied to me.

Great service from Bree and her team. Superior product knowledge and great customer service. I get what I need and if I have any issues they are sorted out promptly. Learning PK with the staff is always fun.
