| Terrible Customer Service & Discriminatory Practices – Avoid This Place! I had the worst experience at this establishment due to an incredibly rude and unprofessional agent. When I requested a formal note to be made regarding my issue, the agent flat-out refused. Instead, he insisted that write down what he wanted, rather than accurately recording my concerns. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was denied. The agent arrogantly told me that I had to submit complaints through Google and that there was no other way to escalate issues. This is beyond unacceptable. A business that refuses to take responsibility for its actions and silences customers should not be operating. Even worse, this place engages in discriminatory practices. They judge people based on race and appearance, treating certain customers with clear bias. It is disgusting that in a country like Canada, such businesses still exist—places where staff openly discriminate and mistreat customers instead of offering fair and respectful service. If you value dignity and equality, do NOT support this place. Their behavior is shameful, and no one deserves to be treated this way. Avoid at all costs! | ||
