| I came in to purchase a couple of joints to enjoy for the evening and had the pleasure of being helped by Sarah. Before myself she was helping another customer who happened to be a nurse, and Sarah genuinely thanked her for what she does and provided a discount and it was just a very sweet human moment. While I was waiting she apologized to me for taking so long, but I was very impressed with how she treated her other customer and insisted no apology was necessary. I was seriously impressed by her customer service before she even got to me in line. When she got to me, she provided very helpful advice on different strains, and was clearly knowledgeable about the product. I also got a beverage at her recommendation. If you can afford to give her a raise, do it. Absolutely stellar work by her. | ||
