I used to stay at Norvilla Hotel primarily because it was one of the more affordable options in the area. For the price, it met basic expectations—nothing fancy, but it did the job for a short stay. However, after my last visit, I decided not to return. The bed in our room was noticeably squeaky, which we discovered late at night. Since we were only staying for one night and were already exhausted, we chose not to report it until checkout. When we mentioned it at the front desk the next morning, we were met with an unexpectedly defensive reaction. The staff immediately raised concerns about our deposit and launched into a lengthy explanation and investigation that felt excessive given the minor issue we reported. 🚨 It was disappointing and left a sour taste after what could have been a straightforward stay. Unfortunately, that experience convinced me not to return. As the saying goes—you get what you pay for.
