| Today was my first time visiting this location, and right away I witnessed the young lady, Janye, handling a difficult situation with professionalism. A man was refusing to move from the steps outside, and she was calmly addressing it. While I was inside, another individual attempted to enter without proper ID. When she requested it, he became belligerent, yet she remained composed and handled the situation with grace. Unfortunately, she mentioned that incidents like this happen often. I truly feel for her — no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior regularly. Despite the challenges, Janye did an outstanding job. She absolutely deserves recognition for her patience and professionalism. An award wouldn't be out of place. | ||
