| I understand most sales are final but not when the item that was sold was broken in less then 24 hours...... in the end , The situation was rectified but after months of not going back in. The staff are always friendly and prices are okay. I like the points system even though I wasn't told about it for almost a year but eneded up working out when I did as it got me a free bag!! Will sell you product ( grinder) that broke in less then 24 hrs and will refuse to replace it. There goes 32$ down the drain as it is stuck close after less then 24hrs | ||
