Used to work here and the service has always been great. But today my husband went in to purchase and was given a product without ANY explanation, he was unaware of what he purchased. When he got home, he opened the package and we can no longer return it. You need to tell people what a product is, especially if it isn't just regular loose weed. We are now out that money as the product is in the trash. Can't bring my heart to go lower than 3 stars because many of the employees are awesome but the customer service has gone downhill.
