| I had called before I went to check to make sure of a product I wanted was in stock before I drove to location. Informed that it was by a very pleasant lady on the phone. Arrived and chatted to a very nice young woman and say I'm the person that called etc and received a not me so she steps into back to talk to someone and Manager comes out looking aggressive and says "what number!?" with attitude. Didn't quite catch the meaning and said sorry what? pleasantly. She then repeats again with attitude and I show her the phone number I called on my cell to then get a that's not us that might be the other store you called, again more attitude. I say to the counter staff as I search my phone do you have the product in stock.. As she goes to look I find the google listing that shows their location ith the phone num er that's on it which ends up being the Dundas St in Etobicokes location and she huffs and walks back into her office. Not only walking into this location ever again because of the attitude over a simple listing problem. She has major CS issues BIG Time. They did have the product but left and decided to go to the Dundas store instead. Their CS down there is awesome. Night and day difference then this Managers. Looked at me blank and said | ||
