First off, FIKA Kitchener is my home store but what a cool and unique location! Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Christian ( hope I got that right 🙏), what a friendly guy! Store was as clean as one could want, and Christian recommended some top tier Cannabis strains for me to try. My initial reason for visiting was to collect a prize I had won! I had entered the 12 days of Giveaways just for fun without actually expecting to win but to my surprise I had won a PS5! FiKA is such a cool and forward thinking company, from cool contests to charity drives like SOS ( looking after animals ). There are many reasons to visit a FIKA, but the experience never wavers! Thanks FIKA and team, and shoutout to Christian for being so cool!

Let me start off by saying that my home store is the Kitchener location, which is a 5 * experience. I happened to be in London over the weekend and figured I would stop by this location as I'm familiar with the Brand and their values. I was definitely not surprised at the level of service I received, as I've had nothing but great interactions with Fika in the past. Sonja ( I hope I'm spelling that correctly ) was amazing! She never rushed me, even though it was close to closing time, and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. She even had excellent recommendations for me! I decided to go with the Beurre blanc, and I was incredibly impressed! Please, if you are in London and looking for the best shop in town, so yourself a favour and HIT UP FIKA! 🔥

This location by far provides the best level of client experience. Prabhleen takes the time and effort to educate the clients on the products. She's attentive and asks the right questions, so you know you're getting what you need depending on your situation! I have to add that both Prabhleen and Kirsten are by far the friendliest people I've encountered in a Dispensary ever! Thanks again!
