My wife and I had a terrible experience at this location. We were left waiting at the door behind the gate while the employee finished chatting, wasting time. When my wife asked for a product that was out of stock, the worker gave her a completely blank, stupid stare. He was of no help whatsoever, and honestly seemed too out of it to form a sentence. I wouldn't recommend this place or the male that sold us the pre rolls—it's better to find somewhere else and now a days it's not hard. I will never return

Cheap Prices but can be found using elsewhere. The service is non existent. I know to place mobile orders when shopping because the staff do not know how to serve customers. Entire store needs a revamp of the staff. Products selection is okay.

I stood in the store while the female budtender did not acknowledge me. When the store phone rang I had browsed through the tablets until she was ready to take my order. I had a question in regards to the concentrates I was interested in. She than proceeded to go onto her personal phone. When I noticed this, I had walked out without completing my purchase. Convenience is never worth terrible customer service and an outrageous price increase. Durham region does not have good service !

Prices are inconsistent. One guy gives me a discount while the other says she forgot and I've been a loyal customer for 8 months. When disputed I'm given a fake apology. That's it. Not worth the hastle to buy local when my time and effort isn't appreciated.
