| Normally Numo usually pretty good and im sorry but this was kinda dumb. But after today I find it hard to give this buisness money. Bought a prj. Didn't pull, couldent even smoke it. Brought it back in to return and get something else but the owner apparently doesn't take returns for what is technically a defective product. Even offered to buy something more expensive, I work in Cannabis so I know you can take it back, don't tell your staff this lie about its "illegal to take it back" thats simply not true and a lie. What makes more sense anyway, taking back this $20 joint and have a customer come back and give you their buisness or not take back that $20 joint and lose over $200 a month in sales? Il be sure to send people to a store where they honor defective returns because not only are you a liar but a thief as well. Also I apologize to the staff I was upset , it feels bad to burn $20 then be told to basically eat sand. But thats not on you guys so sorry for that. And for what's it's worth you guys did a good job backing up your owners lies. Maybe go read up Cannabis rules. | ||
