| I frequent this location yet I was just in and was appalled by the lack of professionalism. A very kind and helpful young man, Ethan, seemed to be in training. He would ask his female coworker questions and she was incredibly short and dismissive with him. She crowded my space without saying 'excuse me' when opening a drawer directly behind me, for one. Two, Ethan had asked her if we could swap out the dab head and vape head in identical bongs and she instantly started saying 'no' and shaking her head. We were about to look at another bong but then she asked what it was we were asking and said she didn't even listen the first time. Turns out the bong in question was always supposed to come with the piece we were asking about, but it had broken and they stuffed something else in there. Then as Ethan tried to wrap up our bong, she kept telling him that he was doing it wrong yet offering no assistance, so I went around the side and assisted him myself and let him know that he was doing a great job. He shouldn't be made to feel stupid because someone is clearly angry that they have to train someone, and the lack of training he's getting should in no way be looked at upon him. Ethan was courteous, polite and helpful, which is more than I could say for his work 'superior'. 3 star review because Ethan gets 5 and she got 0. | ||
