I went to 13th floor this weekend and was so pleased with the experience. I am visiting from out of the country and this was the first time I had ever been to a Cannabis store or purchased product. The customer service was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Sierra did an amazing job at explaining the difference between the products I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this company.
