I've been coming to this location for a while now and I've always had impeccable service, Which is why I was a little bit upset when I came in Monday afternoon. I'm usually helped by the same three people whenever I go in, yesterday I was helped by a woman who I have not been served by before. I'm usually not one to complain, I know it gets busy in there and I've always been fine waiting my turn. Especially because I know I'll always get the patience and knowledgeable help that I need. Yesterday, unfortunately was different. I waited my turn as there were two or three people in front of me. I wanted some information on disposable vapes, as well as pre-rolls. The woman helping me rushed over to me and asked what I wanted. When I said I was unsure and asked for some suggestions she seemed frazzled. I get having off days and I get working in a busy environment but I feel the way I was treated was not super cool. She suggested a couple vapes to me that I had already tried, and wasn't a huge fan of. I told her that and she seemed to huff and puff. She suggested one to me and before I could tell her it was a bit above my price point. She was already unlocking the drawer. I saw one of the regular tenders come on the floor and I was very close to asking if she could help, but I was gonna give this girl another chance! Second, I wanted some pre-rolls.
