Not sure why I can purchase "membership" items when it's not the manager working but the manager wants me to buy a membership. Keep it consistent guys. Edit: I came back a week later and clearly the manager remembers me! Not greeting customers and staying on your cellphone is just a brutal way for a manager to treat customers. I'll choose another cabana now that I have a membership. The service here is really rough. It's a shame because I live in the condos above the building and would have loved for this to be my go to, but it's not. Once the membership is up, I'll be finding a completely new retail brand to go to.

Wonderful staff, selection, and prices. Rare is the kind of shop our industry needs. Less cabanas and value buds racing the Alberta industry to the bottom, more shops like Rare with great people doing great things. I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!
