| You have good products and overall a nice setup, but I've noticed consistent issues with one of your CSR staff members — the South Asian lady. She seems to have a problem specifically with customers from her own community, and her attitude comes across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. If she is unwilling to treat same-community customers respectfully, it would be better I can avoid her during her shift, and I'll also advise my friends to avoid those times. On the positive side, Ankush and the other lady with tattoos provide excellent customer service. They greet well and make the experience pleasant. Many of my friends have had similar negative interactions with the South Asian CSR, so I hope she sees this feedback and makes an effort to treat all customers equally and respectfully | ||
