| I've been a regular at this location for the past three to four years. Many of the employees are great. However, I've repeatedly had odd to now a very off-putting experience with one of the employees. I'm leaving this review so that the owners are aware perhaps workers, just the one really, at this location could use extra training customer service. I will continue to shop with Tokyo Smoke, but at a different location. To be clear, I've had no issues with the products or with any other staff—just this one employee, who makes the experience at this particular store very, very uncomfortable. | ||
