| I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, but my recent experiences here have been absolutely terrible. The sales staff seems completely unprofessional, and on multiple occasions, I've had to deal with employees who appear to be high on something. It's clear they lack basic knowledge about the products they're selling, which is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to make an informed purchase. To make matters worse, I've received an empty package from them on more than one occasion. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning after this last experience. Stay away if you value good service and quality control. | ||
