| Manager was useless. I bought a $45 cart that failed about 30% of the way through. I complained and they said it was my battery so bought another cart to see if I got a dud. That one died even sooner, about 10% gone. Clearly duds, I tried both with several different batteries. The guy there even threw the cart into his battery and tried and it wouldn't work.. I returned both carts there which were like 70-80% full. A receipt, and my name and number and heard nothing back. They were supposed to contact the supplier and do something about it. $100 down the drain for carts that clearly had a manufacturer flaw and I got about 10 puffs from. The cat there is cool af though. | ||
