As a traveler from the States looking for cannabis options in a new town can at times seem rather daunting, but not here in Victoria. I had the good fortune to find Cloud 9 near our hotel, and even better luck being helped by a personable and highly knowledgeable young woman named Heather. The store itself has a broad range of products and Heather walked me through them until I was able to make an informed decision as to what would serve my needs best. In contrast to the States the prices are more than reasonable and I left the store a happy camper. Should Cloud 9 or Heather ever choose to move to New Mexico, either or both would be greeted with open arms.
