The staff here are rude and don't even talk with you, the lady working today was one of the worst retail employees I've ever seen and to treat your customers like that just cause you're having a bad day? Take the day off so you aren't rude with your customers and losing sales, what an awful experience.

Called and asked about a product and the lady gave me false thc and terp percentage over the phone, drove halfway across the city to get it only to buy it and realize both thc and terps were not what she told me. When I asked her she gave me some poor excuse like "I thought you were taking about something else" so I just asked for a refund to which they couldn't refund my debit and had to give me cash. Every other dispensary refunds debit if you buy debit. Avoid calling and/or going to this place as they will lure you in with lying about thc and terps over the phone and in person. Just give a straight answer over the phone so a guy doesn't have to drive all across the city!

This place is amazing. The manager Harvey and his staff are incredible at their job, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cannabis, very welcoming and great atmosphere in the store!
