| Popped in on my lunch break to grab a 510 cart for the weekend. Asked for a recommendation on a good live resin or liquid diamonds cart and the girl couldn't or wouldn't give one. Won't sell you anything highlighted in blue unless you pay them a membership fee for the opportunity to buy products you can get anywhere else for less AND without needing to pay a $35 annual membership fee. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Even Value Buds is better than this place. EDIT: Your employee put 0 effort in and didn't give a single recommendation. She stood there and said "umm..." And then stopped talking when asked for a live resin or liquid diamonds 510 recommendation. The only other thing she said after telling me I wasn't allowed to buy the cart I wanted was "k bye" when I said it was ridiculous that you wanted a $30 membership for me to be able to buy the cart I want. Your staff gave poor service, your prices are high, and you expect people to pay a membership fee when no other dispensary does. You never even reached out to ask what the situation was before replying with your fake story about the help your employee never offered. | ||
