Went in to get a Mystery Box on Christmas Eve. I called ahead and they said they had them in stock. When I showed up it would not checkout. The employee (who was trying to be helpful) wasn't sure how to properly relieve the inventory. She went into the back. I waited a half hour (it was very busy!). She returned after thirty minutes and said she tried everything and called the owner but the owner said to just take my name and they'd set one aside for me and call when it was available. Disapointing, but I gave my name.
They called on Dec 26th but I missed the call. On Dec 30th we went over to pick one up and I was told they had sold the one with my name on it? After one missed call. No message.
I was furious with ownership. Canna Cabanna is in an inconvenient location, has proven to have terrible customer service, and is a big chain.
I'd rather support local.
