I would like to give this place a higher rating, as I love weed… but I'm just not satisfied with the "customer service" here. There's one fella that works here who is great (not sure of his name but he's tall with long hair). So you can thank him for that second star. Because he's so friendly and knowledgeable with products. I came recently in the morning shortly after opening time, or what I thought was opening time… only to be told that their opening time isn't 9am like google, their website and the sign out front say. They open after 9 according to the manager because it's illegal otherwise, I know - insane right? Maybe change your hours then if you don't want to get up and be ready for 9…. Let's talk about that barrier you guys keep out front to stop people from coming in without showing ID ……how come you guys never open or move it for customers when they're on their way out…. Anyone reading this the product is fresher at moon fire and staff there amazing, they usually only need to ID once or twice and will remember you. They also don't make you do hurdles getting out the door. edit after reading response I would like to point out that your manager lectured me for 5-10 mins that she in fact was not late in opening and she was following the law by opening late, I remember this because I was rather irritated for already having to wait for her to open on time then having that bombarded on me for that amount of time when I just wanted to pay and leave.
