| Update 05.31.2025 My last few online orders since posting the review have been ready for pickup within 20 minutes. Amazing job. Emily and the rest of the staff are great and I'm so happy with the change. Well done manager and staff. We love this store and will be back again. Great store and staff although I'm not sure what the point of placing an order online for pick up is since every time I arrive it's never ready. Would have been five star review otherwise. A lot of people who order ahead do it for reasons like suffering from social anxiety and having to wait in line longer than necessary isn't fair imo. Order Placed 4:58 PM Arrived 7:20 PM The response from the girl when I mentioned why every time I place an order online for pickup and it's NEVER ready was "sometimes they don't do it" so….since you're working there when I arrive do you mean YOU didn't do it? I guess I won't be winning the free bong for submitting a review lol | ||
