| My friend asked for a cart and the guy showed them a page with concentrates on it and sold them the concentrate without mentioning anything. I heard them ask for a cart and the guy selling should of said it was a concentrate so instead of misrepresenting and not showing any common sense or customer service by stating he is giving a concentrate despite the person asking for a cart. Instead of allowing an exchange for the item actually wanted this guy refused. Horrible customer service and management here go to lake city cannabis if you are buying cannabis in Chestermere. Bad business and customer service practices here. | ||
