I've been a regular customer at the Jasper Avenue location since I moved around the corner in the HAT condos. Always have called in to ask if they have a certain type of CBD pre rolls and have always been met with great service, polite and professional staff, however, I just called in tonight to ask if they had CBD pre rolls in stock and the guy that answered the phone hung up on me without saying a word. Called back immediately thinking it was a mistake only to have a girl pick up phone and say rudely "I can't verify your age over the phone" then hangs up. This type of attitude is BAD for business lol. If you don't like your job, find a new one.

Long time customer here. I've been frequenting this location since it opened and have spent thousands of $'s here. Never had any issues until a week ago when I purchased an ounce of "sativa blend" which smelled like cat urine and upon inspection with a microscope had obvious mold spores. I called in immediately and was told the manager would be in contact the following day. I didn't receive any correspondence. Called back 3 days later and was told the manager would contact me by the next day. Once again, never received a call. I called in again today only to be met with "Hi" and silence... Explained the situation to the manager and was told there is nothing that can be done. There are multiple better shops within 5 minutes of this place. I would suggest you go there unless you want to take the chance of smoking mouldy flowers.
