Recently visited your location for the first time when I was in Toronto for the avril concert. I will not be returning. Both days I went, staff could not have cared any less if they helped us or not. Monday(after 3pm), he at least talked to us once he finally said to come in (annoyed we waited at rope like we are supposed to) and Tuesdays (morning staff) seemed rather annoyed that we interrupted his conversation and was very rude with a simple transaction request. As someone who is a budtender, I was surprised that was the treatment a customer got. Please, retrain your staff in customer service because, it ruins your whole experience when the person behind the counter acts like that.
