I'm genuinely disappointed with the inconsistent service at this location. There's one staff member in particular—unfortunately, I don't know her name—who makes the experience uncomfortable every time she's working. She's older, has piercings, tattoos, and buzzed hair with a ponytail. Because of her consistently negative and short attitude, we often choose to go to a different store if we see she's on shift.
She's extremely rude and unapproachable. When we ask for something, she often pretends not to understand or purposefully corrects the order or pronunciation of names, even when it's clear she knows what we mean. Her behavior feels intentionally difficult, and she lacks the basic courtesy expected in any customer service role. On several occasions, she hasn't provided a receipt—then, bizarrely, insisted on giving one the next time, saying she's legally required to -with a stamp. It's confusing and inconsistent.
What's most frustrating is how dismissive she is—she cuts people off mid-sentence, doesn't listen, and gives the impression that she really doesn't want to be there.
The other young woman who works there, however, is the complete opposite—kind, relaxed, and genuinely helpful. We actually bonded over some Lady Gaga last time, and she made the visit a pleasant one. Shout out to her!
