I usually come here because it's nearby, and the staff are always friendly. I went in today and the moment I walked in, the young lady behind the desk essentially started mean mugging me. Asks for ID right away(understandable) but does it in a super unprofessional tone, I then asked how she's doing and she just ignores me and says "how can I help you?" Also in a rude tone. There's unenthusiastic customer service and there's outright rude and hostile, this was definitely the latter.
