Walked in while in the area, nice looking store. Was extremely displeased at the woman across the counter. As a prior dispensary manager myself, the customer service representative who helped me knew very little about the offerings on the menu, could not tell me about the terpenes, was more than happy to point and leave me to it and when I asked questions to find better selections I was met with a lot of short, curt, snobby answers. I believe her name was Ashley? Maybe Ashleen? I can't quite remember. Any which way, I would steer clear and will NOT be back.

While I enjoy the staff, the manager has very unprofessional hiring and communication practices. I came in to speak about a full-time position and was hired on the spot, I even filled out paperwork. When he realized he could not meet my salary request for my experience he passed me on to his district manager for promise of an opportunity and told me if I had not heard back to follow up in a week. When I did so, I was told there were no actual opportunities. When I looked confused, and told him if this is the case I would have taken the full time position he tried to blame it on my wage ask which I could've been flexible on by my proven track record to move up in a company. He has now hired someone who doesn't even have a QCW in the mail yet, and unfortunately has missed out on a great employee because he was both not truthful in hiring practice and too quick to jump a gun. I do not recommend going through the hiring process at this location. I was hesitant to begin with to apply here, but figured it was close to home, and I am strong-willed, but unprofessionalism doesn't fly in Cannabis.

Really poor customer experience. Came in for the first time because I was looking forward to it being open late. Met the associate Jagmeet who would not assist in price matching, when asked the rules around Cannabis House's price match policy I was only told, "It just has to be in Edmonton" when I found an in stock item in Edmonton at Canna Cabana, I was told I couldn't price match member prices. Strike two. Next, I chose a different selection, which she went to grab and didn't have in stock. Strike three. The next one I chose, she then offered to help me price match when the first time I was told she couldn't, it was my responsibility to look them up. Overall, poor customer experience. Great, they are open later, but unless you have prior cannabis knowledge because they are menu pointers and have poor customer service. - A 3 year cannabis dispensary manager.

The store is always beautiful and well kept upon walking in, and everyone is so friendly and informative.
