On January 12th, 2025. I came to the location to pickup an order, however due to the fact that I didn't have the card used to make the purchase, I wasn't able to receive the stuff I ordered. It's been almost 3 months and I still have yet to receive a refund. Update - On March 24th, 2025. I returned back to the store for the first time since that day, and because I apparently "punched a window" on January 12th, I have been banned from the location. Words can't describe how this makes me feel and I know better places I can go from now on.
