| A staff member gave me bad advice to make a sale, on my next trip in I mentioned it to the employee working so they could make a correction in their bad sales tactic and the employee got incredibly defensive - and became incredibly rude. I called him out on his poor customer service so he chose to be passive aggressive while I exited. Because of this I will not be shopping here again, and I encourage you to support good customer service in Okotoks. I'd rather drive across town to support great local stores than one who doesn't care about its customers. Pretty disappointed in the people in this store. I have had 3 terrible visits with three different staff members. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB AND BEING NICE TO PEOPLE, DONT CHOOSE TO WORK IN SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! | ||
