Staff are very attentive, and treat you like a good friend - big smiles when you walk in, they always have great product recommendations, and will take the time to really listen to your preferences to find you a product you'll really enjoy. | I placed an order online and paid in full. Went to pick it up several hours later, and the items had been sold out from under me. Staff was not able to offer me any alternatives at the same price point, only tried to upsell. Blamed understaffing for not putting a prepaid order aside. Very disappointing, and the cherry on top is waiting 5 business days for a refund. Never again. | ||
