I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visits to your store. Most of your team is absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and a joy to interact with! The guy with glasses and the clean haircut is fantastic, as is the bearded gentleman—so down-to-earth! And the new girl with glasses is always a pleasure to talk to. They all make shopping there a great experience.
However, there's one employee who consistently seems unhappy and unapproachable. Their attitude comes across as uninviting, and it really affects the vibe of the visit. I've noticed they don't ask for my number for points, and honestly, it's hard to bring it up because I just feel uncomfortable and want to leave as quickly as possible.
I believe attitude in the workplace is so important, and when one employee stands out in a negative way, it can impact the store's reputation. I genuinely enjoy shopping at your store and hope you can address this to ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued.
