I have had issues lately with my cartridges leaking and the owner told me he would exchange no question... I was at work and my cartridge leaked all over my battery, when I took it in on my lunch break the staff had no issue, I showed my receipt and they replaced it with a new cartridge.. but wait there's more! Then to top off this day, the owner came out and gave me a replacement battery. It's only $15,00 but that's customer service. These guys get my business every time.
