Dealt with Carter over the course of a couple weeks via email - he was helping a customer with a product exchange. He went above and beyond to help a customer, provided lots of additional / helpful information and offered innovative solutions to potential problems. Customer did not have access to email so he wrote and printed out instructions for him to read, sent receipts to us on customers behalf with information. He relayed information between us and the customer - was able to facilitate the exchange. He took a lot of extra time to ensure customer was helped out/satisfied. Definitely ones of the best budtenders I have dealt with from a brand perspective. Team all communicated to ensure customer could receive his replacement and printed information, Keep up the good work Carter and team!!
