I had previously written a review of an uncomfortable situation I had witnessed in the store and had left a 3 star review. Since the situation I have been back to the store several times and it has been pleasant and professional. Obviously a one off situation from before. Also had a chance today to talk with Andrea in store today who is always amazing. She was concerned and we talked about what happened. What a professional. Thanks Andrea.
