| Was.in earlier today and a staff member I'm assuming management of some like, came from the back room and started scolding a female employee right in the middle of her putting through a transaction with a customer. The girl was being friendly and chatty and talking the customer through her process and when the "manager" or superior jumped in and started making her explain why she was doing things in a different way the employees whole demeanor shifted. I felt really awful for her. . Not professional at all and hard to watch. This young lady is always quick to help customers, smiling, knowledgeable and making others chuckle. This explains the turnover rate in staff at this location. | ||
