I live in Calgary, I have been trying to call this store to resolve an online order that was placed for my mother in law but was declined due to fact it needed me there to pick it up which is fair. However, we were told the refund would be back in our account in 24/48 hrs but this has not happened yet and order was placed on Sept 1st. Understanding long weekend may affect the refund but it is now Wednesday and 48hrs would have passed based on business days. I am hoping someone calls me back here as I did leave my name and number again today regarding the refund for my declined order. Update: thanks for the reply, and yes you do have a voice mail and someone did finally call me back on the 12th. They were supposed to call back on the 13th with an update but no one did. We were charged and did talk to her bank about it. I was advised by my wife the money was returned today 14 days after original date of purchase on Sept 1st.

Had a good experience with this location. Both the manager and employee helping me out we awesome. Hopefully the people managing the system for memberships and cross store info gets there act together. Tired of having to go through finding my account or setting it back up.
